Default Big Bore on Evolution Motor

I have a 1996 evolution motor which is the 80 cubic inch model. Do they make a big bore kit for these and if so how much does it increase (similar to a 1550 for a TC 88). Additionally, how much does it cost to have this doen to a bike. Any information is appreciated.

Default RE: Big Bore on Evolution Motor

Stock bore on a Evo is 3 1/2". The most common big bore is 3 5/8". I have a set of sleeves that are 3 3/4" bore that require cutting a lot out of a set of stock cylinders and then pressing in the sleeves. The 3 5/8" bore with stock 4 1/4" stroke will give you roughly an 88 cu. in. engine. I don't know how much it costs. Ask around at a few shops in your area for quotes.
