Close to pulling the trigger on a 2000 Fatboy in pristine condition with 8600 miles on it. I think I am stealing this one for 10.5K. It is pearl white with a custom Corbin seat and lots of other extra chrome goodies and short shot pipes. I rode it on Friday and just fell in love. What is the consensus about this deal?
Sounds like a pretty good deal. Not to burst your bubble but with the way the current market is that sounds about right. Good for you on finding this! Congrats if you do buy it.
Well the guy was asking 12K for it and I gave it a shot and he bit. I was pretty surprised because I have been looking around and that price seemed fair. I wasn't expecting it to look as clean as it did, so that was a pleasant surprise too. I will definitely post pics after I get it in my driveway.
Don't sound too bad. I got my 99 with 7,000 miles for $9.000.00.
Mine came with a quick disconnect sissy bar & windshield, samson pipes, front auxilary lights, & front forkwind deflectors.
That's a good buy. Got mine with same mileage for $9.7K including stage one, windshield, backrest, leather bags and a bunch of riding gear. Jumped on it as most are going for around $11K here.
Too high. According to NADA and with a glut of bikes on the market: And the base price for a new Fatboy is $17,125 with a bigger motor and a 6 speed tranny, and a 2 year warranty and a fatter tire. I would offer $9000 (Average retail $8645 and a few extra for the options)
