I see kids around on crotch rockets all the time that have their flashy leather coat on and the girl on back in bikini top and shorts they should read that article!
go for the shorts but when you smell something that reminds you of a t bone on the grill you'll know why we wear jeans and boots(thats your right leg burning on your front pipe)
Here in Arizona, it's tempting to ride in as little as possible. \\; During the summer months, the wind when you ride gives you the feeling I would assume would be similar to using a flamethrower for a hair dryer. \\; However, I still wear jeans whenever I ride with boots. \\; T-shirt in warm months and gradually to long sleeve shirts and leather jacket as it gets to the cooler months (notice how I didn't say "cold" showing the proper respect to my brother's and sisters back east ) \\; One only needs to hit their leg on an exhaust pipe and receive the "Harley Tattoo" to learn not to wear shorts. \\; I've actually seen goofballs with flip flops which is unbelievable. \\; Even when I go to the gym, I'll wear sweat/jogging suit pants with tennis shoes.
Falling aside, I can tell you one good burn on your leg from the pipes and you will never wear shorts again.
I had already finished riding and put the scooter in the garage. I was off the bike and trying to squeeze between the bike and the car... little to close to the bike!
 \\;
