Try Black Bike wheels, The are out here in Cali. you might have heard of them because they supplied all the wheels on Speed Channels Build or Bust. I've talked to the guys a couple times and they are really cool. I don't know what it would cost but they can do just about any wheel combination you can think of. As you can see from my pic I went the powdercoat route with my rims and hubs only because I got a good deal through a buddy, otherwise I would have bought my wheels from them. Hope this helps.
