How To Install Shocks

I just bought a set of progressive 422's for my night train. My question is, How to install them. I am pretty mechanically inclined and can pick uo on things quickly. What tools do I need and what are the steps for the install. Thanks for your help.

I just installed the same shock on my 08 Night Train\\; you definatly need to get the bike off the ground. Then the rest isn't very hard, if you're slamming it down the enitire 2" it take a bit of time backing the nuts all the way out. When all is done, there is a big difference in the ride (smoother) and the look (if you're lowering it).
