I'm 6'3" , 34 inseam. I changed out my shifter and brake pedal to an extended version from Walters Workshop, they all seem to be about the same 2" longer . Available from EZ Brake , Walters Workshop, Kuryakyn, Bubbas Brake. On my bike it put the brake pedal and shifter at the end of the floor board which allows me to move my feet up to place the heels on the front of the floorboard. Gives me plenty of room.

I did the same. I'm 6'2 and put on the extended heel shifter just to keep the look and move it out of the way. I have the Kuryakyn MK IV to help kick the legs out \\;and I also shaved my seat down and back to give me more room. Not to bad.
