I realize that this question should probably posted in the touring section, but hey, I like my tails soft.

I have a buddy who just bought an 08 Road King. \\; These things come with the throttle by \\;wire as opposed to the traditional. \\; He wants to install a set of mini apes, but the dealer told him that HD has not come out with the "extension," for the throttle.
 \\;
Anyone have any suggestions
 \\;
Thanks in advance

I have an '08 road glide with tbw. Put 14'' apes on it myself there are extensions. One sugestion if you do it cut the green plug off and extend the wires the wires from there, it is a pain to run all the wires mine has cruise control and stereo so that makes it worse. Best of luck.
