Default Shock Adjustment Tool

Apologize if this has been rehashed 1000 times - couldn't get anything from the Search. Anyway, as we all know the factory softtail shock preload adjustment tool is about a rugged as a piece of Mom's overcooked spaghetti. Mine looks like Uri Geller had a triple Mocha spaz-out on it after only getting one shock loose!

I have seen a mondo man-tool shock adjustment wrench somewhere on these forums; but, can't find it now. Anyone have a link to that piece of metal salvation?

Thanks Tman for the reply. The JP wrench is very close; but not quite the item I seen earlier. The unit I'm looking for, if I remember correctly, had a substantial handle on it and round hardened steel nubs that that fit into the shock canister holes. I think it sold for around 30 bucks. Thanks again!

Eureka!!!! I found the blasted thing. Here's a picture and link for anyone else who may have become as frustrated with the factory wrench as I have.

Do you guys adjust your shocks a lot? I have wondered about doing it, but I'm not sure that I know what is the proper way to set the bike up.

The dealer set it for my fat butt when I picked the bike up. Is it just for softer/firmer ride, or is there more to be gained?

Wrench works great - no problem getting the 1 1/16" on the main nut. Just looks big in the picture.
