I had a look at the specs and they boast a 5 stage adjustment,yep you should have got some type of wrecch to adjust,Download the manual on the shock if they didn;t incude it in the box.
Ok genrally this aplies to conventional shocks,you just rotate the shock with the tool to the adjustment you want ,you can do this while the bike is on the side stand ,just make sure both shocks are set to the same setting .so if they are to soft click one notch for a firmer ride,take the tool with you on the ride and play around with the settings untill you have the one you like.H
make sure that you are starting in the right setting... i wouldnt start in the 2 up setting and go one notch at a time- my recollection is that the one up setting is the one that looks like it should be the 2 up (the 2 up is the one where it looks like the spring travels the least)
