Finally took the SERT off of my 2008 Heritage, bought and had installed a Thunder Max Auto Tune System.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;I was told that the most recent updates were included in my software.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I still have that damn decel popping and backfire.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I also lost my Fuel Range Function, it was working on the SERT,&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;which constantly monitors remaining mileage in tank.&nbsp\\; This is not the Reserve Fuel Light. &nbsp\\;It is a&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;great&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;tool to have rather than having to&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;keep track of mileage each time.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;

Does anyone&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;with an 08 Heritage or Softail&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;with the TM Auto Tune System that has a&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Refuel Mileage Indicator that is functioning?&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Also does anyone have the decel pop?&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Replys appreciated.

 

I think the popping is caused by the throttle position being off. Call Thundermax

 

You will get more response in the electrical, tuning efi section of the forum with this. Don't know about the fuel light on the 08s ,but I think I just saw an update in the tmax site about this issue. It works ok on the 07 softail I have. Decel popping depends on what map you have and where the pops are occuring. Lots of info on at least one of your problems.

I have a 08 Deluxe and my low fuel light works fine it sounds like you dont have the newest firmware downloaded to the TM with&nbsp\\;the older firmware&nbsp\\;the low fuel light would not work.&nbsp\\;I am running map 401 and I have no decel popping&nbsp\\; with RUSH slip ons and doherty power pac my bike just keeps running better and better
