Finally took the SERT off of my 2008 Heritage, bought and had installed a Thunder Max Auto Tune System. \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\;I was told that the most recent updates were included in my software. \\;\\\\\\; I still have that damn decel popping and backfire. \\;\\\\\\; I also lost my Fuel Range Function, it was working on the SERT, \\;\\\\\\;which constantly monitors remaining mileage in tank. \\; This is not the Reserve Fuel Light.  \\;It is a \\;\\\\\\;great \\;\\\\\\;tool to have rather than having to \\;\\\\\\;keep track of mileage each time. \\;\\\\\\;
 \\;\\\\\\;
Does anyone \\;\\\\\\;with an 08 Heritage or Softail \\;\\\\\\;with the TM Auto Tune System that has a \\;\\\\\\; Refuel Mileage Indicator that is functioning? \\;\\\\\\; Also does anyone have the decel pop? \\;\\\\\\; Replys appreciated.
You will get more response in the electrical, tuning efi section of the forum with this. Don't know about the fuel light on the 08s ,but I think I just saw an update in the tmax site about this issue. It works ok on the 07 softail I have. Decel popping depends on what map you have and where the pops are occuring. Lots of info on at least one of your problems. Ron
I have a 08 Deluxe and my low fuel light works fine it sounds like you dont have the newest firmware downloaded to the TM with \\;the older firmware \\;the low fuel light would not work. \\;I am running map 401 and I have no decel popping \\; with RUSH slip ons and doherty power pac my bike just keeps running better and better
