Default Forward control bolt specs

I ordered my factory service manual for my 07 Softail but it hasn't arrived yet, but my Ness 3" forward control extension kit did come in. I don't have the proper torque specs for the bolts on the forward controls, can someone post these for me please?

Also has anybody ran into problems with the wire extension with the kit as it just plugs into the rubber boot and doesn't seal up?

Thanks,
Aaron

My 08 service manual says 25-30 ft-lbs - don't see why it would be different for an 07.
