What i did was grab the baffle with pliers and tap on the pliers with a hammer. Sometimes you have to twist one way or the other. If they spin they seem to get bound up in there.Just keep taping out and spinning one way to another. Look at the two holes that you took the screw out of and try to keep the inline. You can kinda tell if the baffle is twisting or not.
One was hard for me the other almost fell out.
Keep trying there really is no secret.
