I have an '08 Fatboy and I would like to get some detachable saddle bags and a detachable sissy bar so my fiance will ride with me. Ive looked at alot online and just don't know where to start so I thought I'd ask yall for suggestions. If you have any or perhaps some pics of what you have put on yours I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance for the help guys.
My saddlebags will unzip and have straps to carry them with. I would rather take the seat off and throw them over my shoulder than carry them with straps. I don't have a picture with them on the bike, but here's the link where they can be seen. http://www.willieandmax.com/fam_studded.html Mine are the SB240 model.

I love my HD detachable Fat Boy model saddlebags and touring pad on detachable sissy bar with luggage rack added. \\; I put bags on only when trip requires, but leave the sissy bar and rack on always these days because the wife rides with me after work frequently and I like having the small HD leather fork bag on the sissy bar for glasses etc. \\; Pics attached. Pricy but can remove or mount all \\;literally in 1 minute or so and \\;I like \\;the matching styling cues \\;since \\;the stock Fattie seat has broken in nicely for us (HD Sundowner \\;also comes in Fat Boy style I have seen). \\;
