08 fatboy handle bars

I am new to this forum as I have just bought my first HD. \\; Its a 2008 fatboy, f*!k yaeh its awesome. \\; The reason i am posting is to ask you guys of your opinion/ideas on changing handle bar style. \\; The wind seems to catch me and blow me around a fair bit so I am wondering if rider position would help. \\; Any feed would be appreciated

Get a detachable windshield. Then you can remove it if you want. This will push the wind over you unless it is too short. Needs to be even with the tip of you nose when you sit up straight. Rider position will not reduce wind.

Get a set of Beach Bars, T-Bars or Westerns, you will be surprised how much they help reduce the wind resistance. \\; Dont go for a poofy windshield.

I've got Screamin Eagle Fatboy bars on my bike, \\; They have a tach thats molded into the riser, \\; Super cool!! \\; They lean you forward a bit to help with cutting the wind. \\; I'm selling them soon to get some apes. \\; Let me know if your interested!
