im in the process of getting rid of my bike and buying 2008 fatboy,im just wondering if im paying to much for a stock bike the price is 17.400 plus taxes ,any ideas on if i can get it cheaper,thanks

 

just ask and be ready to walk. they will call you. i got 500 under msrp and half off the 800 dealer prep and free windshield and fist service free. that is about 1200 in savings. others on the forum have gotten 1000 or 1500 below msrp and others free riders essential kit worth 1200.&nbsp\\; in a word you are paying about 1200 too much. just remember the dealer can got you Free stuff as they pay half of what they sell it for but it is the same dollar to you.

 

You can get $7K off on a nice late model, low mileage Fatboy from a private party...with lots of goodies already done.&nbsp\\; Craigslist...plenty of nice bikes going for a fair price.
