im hoping to get them for my cross bones, but i do have a couple of q´s... can i still have the passenger footpegs on? or are they on the way? also... can i put mufflers in?
I think these pipes are outlaw in your face sik!!!! I absolutely love em, I don't think you want a passenger with these pipes even if the pegs would work, because they would catch most of the noise and heat.
These pipes are designed (in my opinion) for the single rider that wants the badboy bike.
I've actually had these on my mods list and was hoping they would stay under the radar some what lol... I just can't make myself take off my big radius because I'm happy with em. When they fade in color is when I was going to get the skirt blowers and make them matte black.
i will post up pics of mine later, they are loud enough that i bought a old buco helmet, the wife rides on mine all the time but she as well had to get a 3/4 type helmet. i think it is mainly the angle that the sound comes out of them, but no doubt they are sick!
I really like them, I kinda wish they didn't post because I have so much mod chit going on and I didn't want to think about em right now lol, to late for that!
Did you make them matte black? I could only find them chrome with partial black heat shields. The picture I posted above show the carved heat shields.
I did not make them matte black, I bought the bike from a Harley tech and they where already on there, not sure if he had it done or if they made them that way at some point.
