Deluxe fork hopping on decel ??

Deluxe fork hopping on decel ??
My '08 Deluxe has a slight "hop" in the front during a deceleration especially in a curve. \\; This seems to be usually around 35-40 MPH. \\; Doesn't matter if the brakes are on or not.

I don't completely understand your question but are you saying the forks appear to be sticking a bit? \\; Perhaps it is fork seals or maybe a leak in fork oil? \\; Look at the bolt at the bottom of the forks for leaks.

Almost sounds like the tire is a little out of balance. On decel youre loading the front end, making it heavier, so that may be why youre only feeling it then. Turning can also magnify the feeling. Have you put new tires on recently or maybe lost a wheel weight?
