I found an 08 denim black Train 800 miles for $18500 with upgraded wheels V&amp\\;H pipes and a SE air cleaner. The owner is getting laid off and needs to unload the bike. I have talked to him and all he wants is to go the dealership and put the loan in my name. He even will put the 10% down for me. What do yall think? I think it is a good deal.

I'd be all over that! I bought my 08 train in April, so I know what they go for (though it might be interesting to see what a dealer would charge for one off the showroom floor, now that the 09s are out... if you can find one).

I would buy a new 09, MSRP is $15,900.&nbsp\\; Extras have little to no resale value in the used market(unless you really want the config the seller has).
