Another vote for the ISO grips. They are comfortable and I like the look.

I went with ISO after my hands kept falling asleep after an hour or so. Also had CT surgery(Retired from Ford). Problem diminished but did not go away completely. Throttle Boss helps relax my right hand while riding as I can use the heel of my hand to maintain speed while my hand wakes up again.
