I got one of those gas cap hangers. After I got mine I liked it so much that I bought a few more and gave them to some friends as gifts.

I get comments about it all the time when I'm at the gas station. People always want to know where they can get one. www.gascaphanger.com

I hang my helmet on the right grip and toss the cap in it.

On the seat top side down. You aren't ever going ride off and forget it if it is poking you in the butt.

I put my cap on top of the pump with my gloves (not fingerless). I haven't forgot it yet.

I'll usually shake it 2 times

I like the hanger idea... I need to get one of them!
