Greetings,

Yes you can...takes about 10 minutes. In fact I switched mine out today so I could give someone a ride since it was too nice to take the cage!

You can get the frame caps from SpeedSupplies. The part numbers are as follows: Vivid Black (71695-08), Crimson Red Sunglow (71696-08) and Pacific Blue Pearl (71697-08).

I got my blue FXCWC two weeks ago and I'm slowly improving it (pipes, FXCW seat, etc). I like the chrome parts you added on yours on the sides just below the seat. Not sure how to name them. Can you supply the part number ?
Thanks!

There are two different styles of frame inserts: 1) Contoured Frame Inserts for Softail Models - Chrome Part# 48212-08, and 2) Softail Frame Trim Set Part# 47300-88T.

Thanks for the info DragonSlayer 08.

Is that blue Rocker yours? I like what has been done to remove the ugly stock license plate holder and its replacement by the Harley logo and the left side horizontal plate holder, do you have the parts numbers required for this setup?

That would be mine! The side mount plate is from Dennis Kirk and the part number is H490875 or you can get it from Demon's Cycles. The Harley Emblem I got from eBay through a search for "Harley-Davidson Emblems".

Reviving old thread.

Quick question on the torx screw that holds the chrome frame of the seat.
What size are those?
I have T40 and T55 but T40 kinda feels iffy....
I think it is T45 but is there anyone that can confirm this info?

Thanks!
