.......and to add, yes the 09' Night Train again has basically the same seat height as years past(25" roughly), and there was no redesign of the rear swingarm assembly so its running dual hidden shocks as it has for years.

Well I might have just been put in my place lol.. I was under the impression that it was one big shock. I road dirty bikes all my life and they have a single shock we call a mono shock. So sorry for my ignorance.. bottom line is that it sits low enough.

Yes, it's a dual shock setup which is located on the bottom of the frame just in front of the rear wheel. Have a peak and you will see.
