I have the same system as White-Trash. My bags have thumb screws inside, that screw into the two forward docking bolts. I couldn't find them on the HD site. Don't know what part numbers you need.

 

No hardware with my side plates at all. The bags are diffently going to need the spacers for the new bracket. Figures, first thing I mail order, and does not fit my bike. I am going up to my local dealer tomorrow and see if they have the correct brackets that I need. I am also going to look into the kit to make my bags removeable like CrawdadAZ.
