Default Rocker Idle?

I just had my Rocker dyno'd and it seems to me that it
idles a little faster than it did before. I took it back and
was told that it can only be adjusted with a "digital technician".
The mechanic said he adjusted it to 950 rpm and that it
could not go any lower. Does this sound right?
Also, I have noticed that everytime I start the bike it seems
to idle fast for a couple of minutes before dropping down to
a slower rpm. It does this even after I have been riding for
awhile. Anyone else have this happen?

Mine does a fast idle when I start it up on cooler mornings. I haven't had it do it after the first start up.

Thanks...but have you had your bike dyno'd yet? As I stated above, this
has started after I had the bike dyno'd. I also installed V&H Big Radius 2 into 2pipes and SE Stage 1 AC.

I have the same thing going on with my Rocker. I had rush slip ons, stage 1, and dyno'd, and it does the same thing that u are referring to. It idles pretty fast when i first start it, then backs down after a bit. Also, im having some kind of starter problems now with mine. I go to start it, and the engine turns over, but doesnt kick on. It starts right up after the 2nd time, but for some reason, half of the time, it wont start up on the first try.

Im not really sure if the idle thing is a problem or not. That is why I am wanting to hear from other Rocker owners. It is possible that it is supposed to idle high for a couple minutes after it starts (even when its hot).
I have never had the problem with the starter though.
I am also curious to know if anyone knows about adjustment of the idle and if is possible to lower the idle past 950 rpms.
Thanks for your info.

No mine has not been dyno'd. But I think the fast idle on start up is normal with fuel injection. I would guess when they richened up your program it just made it more noticable. This is all just my thinking so don't take it for a fact.

Sorry I should have written all this out in the first post.

I'm sure there is a way to set the idle speed anywhere a person wants it to be but it probably does require reprogramming the ECM. I have heard that some guys have had a problem with high idle because they rev the bike up as they turn it off and the ECM captures the higher speed from revving it up as the "new" idle setting. I did note that you said yours does idle down after a while...I just wonder if this may have something to do with your problem. Another thing is that your engine (as most do) does require a minimum idle speed to provide adequate oil flow. I hope you find a solution/answer. Please post it if you do.
