Default Attention: Tank Badge replacement

Folks;
I will be changing out the tank badges on my 06 Deluxe as soon as I can find the RIGHT double sided foam tape to do the job.
Where can I find the RIGHT STUFF???
thanks for your advise.
Tim

3M should go it. Any auto parts store should have it. Same stuff they use to put on side moldings on cars. Give an auto body a call and ask them what they use...

I have been to 3m's website and there is a ton of double sided foam tape with even more choices in width and thickness...none that stand-out as being the right choice. I am hoping that someone that has done the job and knows EXACTLY what product to recommend, and where to get it, will chime in.

Key factors are making sure of strength and that its waterproof. As mentioned, body moulding tape and number plate tape.
