Tank decals Deluxe

RE: Tank decals Deluxe
Lots of patience, heat gun and thin twine should work, some have used fishing line. Tried the dental floss and that was useless. Used "goo-be gone" afterwards and rubbed the remaining rubbery residue off with my hands, followed by a good dose of some rubbing compound.

Love my tanks emblems....but that is personal preferences.
Took off my reflectors easily with a hair dryer and dental floss. Emblems will come off the same way. Found that the bug remover and a bit of rubbing works on the left over subborn residue and is safe for the paint.

I just taped the corners of the emblem and pulled them off, wd40 the left over goo, polished the tank sides with a swirl remover, put the new badges and waxed the puppy up. no scratches no worries. a hair dryer and some line would be the ticket. just make sure to measure the badge placement 50 differerant ways cause if they're too high or crooked you'll have to sell your bike. also, depending on how long your legs are and what badges you pick you should tape them to your tank and see if your knees hit them. good

I ran a thread about two weeks ago about the emblems that 07 Deluxe, and vonzipper have added to their already sharp bikes and Im glad you guys saw what I saw. I only got a couple of replys to the thread but there were several looks. A friend told me that I should put the stock emblem back on I told him he was crazy.
