Fat Boy Exhaust
I am thinking of modifying my exhaust on my 2008 Fat Boy. I want a deeper sound, but not too obnoxious. What is the best way to go,,,,slip ons, a whole new system with a dyno, straight shots, 2-1?

I had Rush 1.75 slipons then went to V&H pipes. The pipes look much better but I think the rush slipons sounded better. Which do you want? Looks or sound? If it is sound you can't go wrong with slipons.

It depends on what you want. I put Rush slip ons on my fatty, cause i wanted a roar without the droning. Rush offers slip ons in a few different baffle sizes. I went with 2-1/4 Baffles. I ordered the kit thru "Fuel Moto". They took very good care of me. The kit that i bought included arlen ness big sucker air filter assembly ( which will work with your stock cover) , the dynojet power commander 3 and the download for proper tune. My bike screams with power compared to stock and runs a little cooler. Have fun.

Big Radius 2 into 1
I have the Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 1 and love them. They perform good and sound good. I got the Fuel Pak tuner which worked great because Vance & Hines had the map set I needed for my configuration with the highflow air cleaner kit (Stage 1). No need to Dyno it. It works perfectly and I've gotten a lot of favorable responses to the sound and look of it.
