Well made and do the job they were designed to. Had them on but took them off. I have the half moon boards and it just seemed like they were hanging out there too far...like wings. Not like the 1" difference put my foot off the board or anything so didn't realy gve up comfort for looks. On long rides I am on the highway pegs anyway.
Arrived over here in the UK today.
Just put them on my 2008 Fattie not 2 hours ago and couldn't wait, so went for ride straight away.
First thing I noticed was that my feet are in more or less in the same place as I always tended to have them, but in doing so they are now central to the footboards rather than riding with them hanging along the outer edges.
Means you can keep your feet central on the boards without feeling pigeon footed a lot.
I went on the motorway for a short burst as I suspected they may cause your legs to move more outwards with the wind but in fact they don't. They do in fact allow you to tuck them into your tank better, again without feeling pigeon footed.
Fogot to mention that they are the Harley Goodies ones
Need to turn foot in slightly to your brake pedal though to secure max pressure/leverage on it.
Very early days but first impression is major improvement for little outlay.
