Default Diamond Star Headlight Modulator mounting

I'm ready to install and according to instructions I'm to put the modulator box someplace up near the trees or handlebars. Anyone else have one of these on a softail and mount the box elsewhere out of sight-under seat? I'd like to keep the box out of site and not clutter up the front end.

thanks
Rob

the wire can be as long as you want them. You can put it where you want.

LOVE the box. How did you mount to frame? That looks like the way to go all switches in one place.

thanks

I outlined the attachment points. I have a plate
under the box attaching to the two top bolts and look closely
below you'll see a tab painted glossy black that is
bolted to the frame by the rear footpeg.
