I have an '05 Fatboy and want to replace the passenger pegs for floorboards. Can anyone tell me what I need to get to convert this over? I have already installed Deluxe pipes because the origional looke like crap and will not accept floorboards

 

its a two piece bracket and floorpans, they are around 200 from the dealer. Really easy to swap out.

 

You have to get the rear passenger mounts and the rear passenger floorboards. You can order them from HD, but it's pretty expensive.

I went with the Kuryakyn ISO wing mini-boards (p/n 4450), $98.00, which are a direct mount to the rear footpeg mounts.

The floorboards from Harley that are for the early bikes up to 99 will fit your bike. Try to find some in the discount bin or table when you visit dealers. Or try ebay. I got a set for my Heritage for $100.

 

I set up my'04 FatBoy with a set I found on ebay off a Heritage. Paid about 100 bucks with shipping. Take off your footpegs.Install the mounts with two bolts and a nut I believe. Way easy. I did however modify the mount slightly at a later date to allow the footboard to fit closer to the bike. A very minor undertaking that called for a grinder and a marker. Personal preferenceand not at all necissary.
