The tank petcock is on the left side of the fuel tank. There will be a lever to move to open the valve and to go to reserve. If towards the rear of the tank on the left side you see a line coming out with no lever it is fuel injected.
if you get a high pitch wine when you turn on the ignition you have fuel injected. Also look behind the air filter and if you see a round dome you have carb.
