That's Reaper sporting hard bags on Ghost brackets. When removed, only the posts they hang on are left on Reaper. The hard bags are awesome for long trips. Here are a couple of pics of her all loaded up for my 3 week/5800 mile road trip last summer.

Clammy..you're about as **** as I am when it comes to packing lots
of stuff...

I now use an aftermarket "tour pac" on trips and just bought some hard
bags similar to yours....

I did this in 1985 with my 1985 STSC. Put a batwing on it using bots that I drilled and tapped into the wide glide triple trees, made a bracket for the "King Of the Road" Tourpack & was removable, used 80 CI hard bags off of a shover (new) and made the brackets fit, than made brackets to mount a Ultra crashbar to haang the Ultra lowers. I used this durring the spring and parts (end) of the summer season due to the Monsoon wether we have. Grest rain protection. Also when riding up north in the winter, it gave great wind protection against the cold on long rides.
