I bought a left sideChrome Tool Box for my 2005 Heritage Softail Classic FLSTC. I am having problems making it fit. I have the bag relocation kit installed. The bags seem toi be in the way. The one I have on the right side fits really well.
I think you are at the end of your customizing road there VooDoo. If you're like me, you need to keep changing and tweaking things to keep things interesting, although I have aton of room leftto play withmy rig.
I doubt you added them for anything other than looks, and they do give you something to add that keeps you happy. Personally, I think they look just fine.
I think it is time for a second bike though, because you're gonna run out of things to do to your current bike. She's pretty tight, and if you start adding just to add, you may loosen things up.

I believe that I already told you how much I like how youpaintedthat tool box, it "fits" the overall styleof your train really well. But I forgot to ask you if it is waterproof?
The reason I ask is that I'm looking for an alternative to the chrome document holder tubes that HD, and others, sell for my bike.
If its waterproof it would be another option for storing the bikes papers thatI could leave chrome. Or if I don't like it that way I could always paint or maybeget it powdercoated gloss black later. It would also have a bit more room in itfor other "stuff".
