boring
I have noticed more newbie type questions in the last few months. The newbie posts would seem dumb to old timers but they probably just bought bikes last summer and have the normal new harley owner questions.
it has changed in some way's but then again nothing stay's the same . we will see what happen's this winter.but for the most part it hasn't changed that much. better to be on here than looking at four wall's waiting to ride again
I have only been here a short while and I would have to agree about the silly questions. If you don't know what to wear or how to wash your bike. Maybe you need to go to a few other forums first. www.getaLifeforums.com might be a good start.
HDF has been boring lately but I'm still here and believe it will turn around. I've seen this before. People come and go. There is an unbelievable amount of newbie stupid questions that make me shake my head. I'm blown away by the amount of people here who don't have a bike yet and throw out the silliest questions looking for advice on colour, model, etc. to people they don't know. But then again, who cares. Everyone starts out at some point. I'm just ignoring those posts as best I can.
I don't think it would be fair to limit what can be asked. Yes to experienced riders some of the questions may seem silly, but to the person asking they are not. We all were new to Harley ownership at one time. If you do find the boards boring, may I suggest you do something to make them less so!
Ok if its so boring lets liven it up.....
Who would you like to take for a ride on back off your bike..
For me its that fit Mexican maid from "my name is earl" (but she would need to do some jumping around first to earn her lift)
