Side mount for Rocker question???

Side mount for Rocker question???
Just ordered a side mount plate holder from "Wareagle" on E-bay for 24.99 and I am hoping I can make it work on my Rocker. The question I have is that the mounting hole is 3/4 of an inch and was wondering if the ones you guys used was the same diameter. I was wanting to mount it off the belt guard bolt. What was the diameter of the one you guys got off of E-bay that is no longer for sale. I see alot of you guys also mounted off the belt guard. Guess I'll figure it out when it arrives Thurs. Maybe washers will work?? Any suggestions??

Thanks guys, ya I know 3/4 is a bit big for the belt guard but I figured I could use the washer set up to make it work. Have to get legal with the plate thing, right now I have the plate mounted on the side with the original plate mount that came with the bike. Cant ride at night (havent removed light from fender yet) I cant wait to totally smoth out the rear fender.Got some cool lighted plate holder bolts and I'm dying to do this mod ASAP. This weekend cant get here quick enough.
