Air Cleaner Cover Inserts
Anyone know how the aircleaner cover inserts install. Do they go on with a longer bolt or do you have to pop the middle part out of the cover to put the new one on? This is for 99 and later twin cam stock football shaped cover.

I took a thin blade knife and removed my adhesive stock insert for "decorative purposes" on my stereo cabinet. New one uses same bolt to install. Go easy on the torque because you can cause stress fractures and/or crack them.
