I want to put hooker troublemakers on my Rocker , Ive found a good price set for a softail, not sure if i will need a bracket or if the is a set made specific for a rocker .Thanks
I just installed Hooker Troublemakers on my '91 FXSTC and so far, I'm very pleased. Love the sound! I tried both the standard baffles and the quiet baffles, and prefer the standard. The tone of the quiet baffles just wasn't as nice, and they didn't sound much quieter to me anyway.
Installation was a piece of cake. The only issue I had was getting at the inside flange bolt on the front head to tighten it down, since it's partially blocked by the heat shield on the pipe, but I managed with some patience.
hey Joe do you have to re map for the monster bafels? do they sound better than the stock V&H?
I just put them on and I think the V&H sound kinda ratty.
By the way nice Rock you and mike got the fastest color...
i have also heard that the hookers are not the best quality pipes but that is hard to believe considering they are one of the greatest headers you can get for a car......i also have been throwing aroudn the fourbiddens for a while.
