True duals
Just had a new set of samson true duals installed on my 08 heritage classic. I haven't heard them yet, it's still at the shop. The service manager says it sounds great, hope to pick it up by middle of next week. I didn't have them install the stage one air kit, samson web site says that if you only change the exhaust you don't have to install a fuel pack or fuel processor. The service manager say there was no popping or back fire on the test drive. I purchased the true duals with the 4" mufflers. Does anyone here have these pipes, are you happy with them?
Purchased them from american classic motors for $649 shipped. Samson part # S2-439 You can see them on samson web site. The finance manager at the dealer had a set on his soft tail, but they didn't have baffles, they were loud. I'm not looking for increased performance. I like the look of true duals and wanted better sound than stock. I have straight pipes and fuel processor on my other bike. My heritage is my long ride cruiser.
