Flies with honey, if you need more flies use more honey.
however if it takes to much honey, track all our calls and date & time everything & then call the manufacturer and let them know about the letter you are sending to the attorney general
Give them a chance to resolve it for you before you send it.
I personally got a lot done for me this way, write every thing down, and by the way written responses and letters go a looooong in arbitration and court; there will be no he said she said. A promise is not a promise unless it is in writing

Wow, I've been to Destination HD...well the one in Puyallup, not Fife....was out visiting my Sister last Thanksgiving...all I bought was a couple t-shirts...so no warranty required.. good luck with the repair.

Most times a dealer will give a 3 month warranty on a build like that.

If their word means anything they will fix it. If not, I would never step foot in that place again and, I would spread the word too.

sounds like a round of headbuts to me. That sucks but hopefully you got something in writing.

Doesn't the invoice state the terms for the warranty on labor and parts?

You couldn't have that many miles on the build. The Rocker isn't that old. hopefully they don't claim "improper break-in"
