Default TIRE Question

What is the difference in a 200-50-17 tire and a 200-55-17 tire? Height? The 200 is width which should be the same because their both 200 right?

The second number is the sidewall profile, meaning that it is 50% or 55% as tall as the first number (width).

50% = 100mm or 3.94"
55% = 110mm or 4.33"
