Default lowering a 08 fatboy

does anyone know what size the nuts are on the 08 fatboy shocks i am trying to get mine off but i dont seem to have the sizes i need the front and back are not the same size. also tell me how you got yours off did you have to jack it up or what.

I just put a set on my 08' fatboy. I'm pretty sure I used 3/4" for one nut and 9/16" for the other. I put mine on a m/c jack still a pain in the ***. Once you take the final nut off the back tire will drop down. Then I just put a 4x4 under the rear tire so you can get the old shocks off then install the lowering ones. Takes a little time but well worth it.
