Thumbs up Shortshot baffles

What ballles do you run in your shortshots? I have tried the quiet, standard and now thinking of Big city Thunder. I want it louder but also don't want to loose any low or midrange torque.

Im running the quiet ones. I started with the standard, they were too loud and sloppy sounding for my taste, plus virtually no back pressure.

they were like 60 bucks. google their name and it'll take you to their web site. there is a phone number on there where you can call and place your order. Just tell them what pipes you are running and they'll tell you what will fit and what won't fit.

simple as that

oops, i forgot. yes they are bolt on

Do these baffles make your bike any quieter? Is their anymore power to be gained with the quiet big city baffles or the original big city ones? And how do u take the standard baffles out of the short shots? I have the same bike and pipes but black and am thinkin about doign the same thing now.

to get them out you have to remove the shields, not that hard to do. There are bolts (one per pipe) that hold them in. I believe it is an allen head, then pull them out slide the new one in reinstall the shields and make some noise. I want louder than what I have, plus a deep note. Big City sounds like the ticket for me.
