Default Winter Storage

Any problems storing my Heritage on a lift for the winter? I used to store my Honda VTX that way. Gives me more room in the garage.

You should be just fine, i left mine on for 9 months in 2007 for Iraq. just make sure you condition the fuel and put a battery tender on it..

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you can mechanically lock the lift (using the lock bracket) so the weight of the bike is not just supported by the hydraulic cylinder and as long as the lift/jack you are using isn't up against the shocks.

I always store my bike up off the floor during the winter months cuz otherwise you run the risk of flat spots on your tires if you store your bike on the floor for a prolonged period of time.
