Fat boy wheels / 97 FLSTS
a friend of mine took off his Fat Boy solid rims 10 years ago and ran 16" spokes
now - after 3000 whole miles - he wants to go back to the solids
i have a 1997 heritage springer and after 50,000 miles I could use the nearly new wheels with chrome spokes he's getting rid of cheap
I know the back will bolt up - but why not the front? Cat. all show a different part # on wheel for Fat Boy versus Heritage Springers? they are both 16 x 3.5" and both have only 1 brake disc? what's the difference? Simple as getting a new spacer or something?
I asked once before but can't recall if I got a reason other than "no - they don't fit"
