I have some risers i bought from accutronixs
i put my new bars in the risers as a mock up
to check em out & they look good my q is
as i was tightening them they dont grab the bars flush
i dont have them cranked down all the way yet either
is that so when its time to install the small 1/8 gap will
grip the bars & they wont move when im riding?

I just got 2-1/2" pullback risers and have the same issue. They don't close all the way but after I tighten everything down, there now way the handle bar is moving anywhere.

I had to go with shorter screws when I went from stock risers to my pullbacks.
