First Start After Winter Sleep
[size=3]When you first start up your bike after six months of winter sleep do you worry about there being no oil up around the motor where it's been setting that long. What do you all think and what if anything would you recommend one do. Could one take the plugs out and spray a little fogging oil in the motor first maybe just to lube things up? Or put some regular oil in the plug holes and let it get down around the pistons before starting it etc. Your thought's please.

Check the oil,
Then just start it. The bike wasnt sitting long enough to seize anything up. I usually change my oil before winter storage so there is no dirty oil to cotaminate anything.

I just took mine out from her winter nap last Sunday. I was thinking the same thing untill I rolled her out, hit the start button and she fired right up like she never skipped a beat. Damn I love EFI.
