Default Narrow beach bars for Crossbones

I've ordered my new crossbones and I'm ditching the seat for a badlander and I'm really interested in the optional black narrow beach bars. Has anybody seen these on the bones or even better have some pics or ride impressions.

Cheers Mark

Beach Bars are a natural for any softail. I don't have a Crossbones but I have a Fatboy and a Deuce and I love the way they ride and I don't particularly think the beach bars add to or detract from the way a softail handles. It is an acquired taste. You may find a similar or greater degree of uncertainty in the Crossbones springer front end. That doesn't make it bad. It's just different.

I saw some pictures of an X-B here on the forum a while back...the BB's looked great on that bike. You might scroll down to the Softail/Springer photo gallery and see if that bike'll pop up.

Ride safe.

Thanks guys. The old skool bones pics were perfect. He even has the same pipes I've ordered - V&H big shots black. Does anyone know if you can fit the crossbones sisy bar and pad with a badlander seat?

Cheers Mark

The badlander should not be a problem with the sissy bar/pad. From just looking at the seat it should work fine.
