A set of red lenses and a run, turn, brake modue will do far more than chroming the entire rear end, much less a couple of turn signals that you are only able to see a small part of the stem from behind.
thats why i have loud pipes! if you cant see me you will hear me. loud pipes save lives! i mean you whould see the new muscle or nightrod......all black. maybe i will wear a reflective vest. will that be cool?
just gloss black spray paint and then put 4 coats of clear on it. it took one night of painting. the only bad thing is i had to cut the wires to get the lights off the fender
*note to self: Pick up Spray Paint and enough for 4 clear coats
I was planning on doing the same thing shortly. I bought 4 new lights off ebay for 30 bucks and keep my chrome ones just in case I didnt like it but after seeing yours I know I will..great job and thanks for posting pics!!!
