just gloss black spray paint and then put 4 coats of clear on it. it took one night of painting. the only bad thing is i had to cut the wires to get the lights off the fender
The prep was easy. All I did was take 2000 grit sand paper and just went over the whole thing. It just scuffs up the pair enough to make the paint stick. No primer. I did about 5 coats of black and then clear. I took the lens off and just taped up the light part. It was easy. The hardest part was getting the lens off. Be careful and don't break one of the 3 tabs off.
