I just purchased a new Phase 7 headlight and passing lights. I'm now searching for bright lights for the back of my bike. I've found a few online but haven't really found any that are replacements for what I have. Based on the picture's I've seen online, I think mine is called a tombstone configuration. I'm looking for a super high bright brake light as well as turn signals. Does anyone have any recommendations on really bright tail lights and turn signals that would fit my configuration?
This is the rear view of my Slim after adding Custom Dynamics LED turn signals plus one of their run-brake lights.
This picture was taken in broad daylight on a sunny day - these things are so bright they're painful to look at.
In fact, my running lights are now brighter than the stock brake lights were...
Unfortunately, as bright as these things are they'll only help with those people who are already paying attention - nothing will protect you from drunks and asshats on their cellphones.
You could ride down the street naked and on fire and somebody will still claim they didn't see you...
Well, it looks like Custom Dynamics wins by a landslide. Now I need to determine which products I need. I'm a new Harley owner so excuse my ignorance but the picture I posted at the top, do I tell Custom Dynamics that I have a Tombstone brake light and "bullet" rear turn signals? I'm not sure how to explain what I have so they can give me the proper part numbers.
